FRIED BANANAS WITH WESTMALLE TRAPPIST DUBBEL

INGREDIENTS
4 ripe bananas
6 tablespoons Westmalle
Trappist Dubbel
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons grated coconut
or walnut
6 tablespoons butter
4 scoops cream cheese or
vanilla icecream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
thin slices orange peel

METHOD
1. Peel the bananas and cut into slices
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the banana one minute each side
3. Add the sugar, Westmalle and some cinnamon taste
4. Serve on preheated dishes and add small scoops of cream cheese or
vanilla ice cream. Garnish with brown sugar, grated coconut or walnut and thin slices of orange peel
