Not a huge aroma, but malt and hops both feature behind an initial hit of sulphur.
Palate
Bittersweet, clean and tasty, a light-textured mix of tangy hops and smooth, almost caramel-like malt, with a citrus sharpness.
Finish
Dry, bitter and malty with more caramel and hops building.
Comment
A straight down the middle, bottle-conditioned beer,
with no real highlight features yet an excellent balance throughout. The freshness and fullness of flavour make it very enjoyable. Brewed to mark the Morgan car company's 100th year.

Nose
Subtle. Stewed fruit and spicy hops.
Palate
Floral hops give it freshness and the malt comes through behind. Nutty like a bowl of mixed nuts at Christmas.
Finish
More bitterness than expected. Nuttiness lingers.
Comment
A good, golden ale, from the bottle. This one will be available on cask during August which has got to be worth a taste.
