Nose
Appealing, hoppy aroma of bitter citrus peel.
Palate
Crisp and loaded with bitter citrus flavours, with the cleansing tartness of lemon.
Finish
Dry and bitter, with yet more lemon.
Comment
A very refreshing, gluggable bitter, highlighting the fruity notes of Cascade and Golding hops – proof, once again, that beer does not have to be strong to be tasty. Inspired by the Wolds Way footpath in Yorkshire.
