Nose

Sweet, delicate pale malt with hints of lemon, honey and hay.

Palate

Bittersweet and silky smooth, with honeyed pale malt leading the way. Slightly perfumed and floral, with a gentle citrus sharpness.

Finish

A soft swallow is followed by dry, honeyed malt and a modest, but increasing, hop bitterness.

Comment

A tasty deviation from the citrus golden ale theme: this one is honeyed and moreish, even though elderflowers and lemon zest are added.
