Nose

Modest at first, with delicate pale malt and lemon notes, developing a grainy sourness later.

Palate

Malty sweetness fringed with a light bitterness seems to be the main feature but, sadly, wet paper notes from oxidation obscure almost everything.

Finish

Dry, bittersweet and fairly thick. Hops begin to show through, leaving a soft bitter tang.

Comment

An unfortunate sample, perhaps, but a disappointing pale golden Polish lager.

Sweet and fruity.

Palate

Light, a tad watery. Does a good job of cleansing the palate.

Finish

Good balancing bitterness and bit of metallic, citrussyness (is that a word?).

Comment

Alright. Not overly complex but a fairly decent lager.
