More strawberry ice lollies, with a sweet, cream soda character that easily overrules the modest bitterness.
Finish
Strawberry-sweet, with a touch of drying bitterness. Leaves sugary notes on the lips.

Remember Cresta, the soft drink advertised by the polar bear in shades back in the 70s? That's what this reminds me of. It's frothy, man.

Like the water in tinned strawberries. Underneath, a touch of caramel.
Palate
Powerfully sweet. Like strawberry boot laces (those long red soft chewy sweets).
Finish
Sharp, then slightly bitter. Tinned strawberry water over the top of everything.
Comment
Yum yum I like strawberries. Even tinned ones.
