A mix of delicate malt and tropical and citrus fruits, with grapefruit taking over.
A buzz with floral, fruity flavours. A pleasantly moreish malt note is heavily overlaid with spicy grapefruit and oranges.
Dry and bitter with a hint of roasted grain and powerful, lingering hops.
No shrinking violet – a veritable potpourri of flowery, fruity flavours from the blend of Golding and Fuggles hops, with Bramling Cross added late for maximum,
perfumed impact. A little too sweet in places, perhaps, and not especially subtle, but an enjoyable way to toast 200 years of brewing.
