Nose
Bitter oranges give way to creamy pale malt.
Palate
Gently bitter and fruity, with juicy citrus notes and good malt support.
Finish
Dry, increasingly hoppy and bitter, with lingering light citrus fruit.
Comment
A nicely dry, delicate beer featuring American Cascade hops. Perhaps too delicate to be pasteurised for the bottle and sure to be even better on draught.
