Nose
Clean, appealing, bittersweet aroma of lemon-citrus and herbal hops.
Palate
Bitter and herbal with a drying hop note and some sweet, malty support.
Finish
Dry and mildly bitter, with only very gentle hop.
Comment
This may be pleasant under the baking Cayman Islands sun, especially as it does have an enjoyable herbal hop note, but the lack of real character means it doesn't quite work this far from home in the middle of winter.
