Nose
Mellow spices dominate – powdered coriander to the fore – accompanied by the zest of orange and a hint of sour lemons.
Palate
Gently clovey-bitter and pleasantly fruity, with more oranges and lemons, plus a little sharp apple. Softly spicy and lightly warming, with peppery coriander notes. Behind it all is a creamy, wheaty tartness.
Finish
Bitter, spicy fruit with lingering creamy, wheaty undertones. Drying.

A quaffable, interesting take on the blanche/witbier style, served in a large corked bottle that opens with a healthy pop.
