Nose
Plenty of tropical estery notes at first – pineapple and Juicy Fruit chewing gum – but malt gradually takes over.
Palate
Big, chunky body. Slightly savoury, nut-like malt is well to the fore, but gentle tropical fruits provide a lighter counterbalance. Overall, mildly warming and bitter with a pervasive hop tang.
Finish
Dry and firmly hoppy with malt also hanging around. Gently warming and enduring.
