Nose
Malty, with sticky cereal notes and tart hops.
Palate
Malty and pleasantly bitter with decent body. Some chewy, grainy notes but also lightly spicy.
Finish
Bitter and hoppy. A full and satisfying finish.
Comment
Another Shepherd Neame licensed brew. The name means San Miguel in Cantonese and this is one of Hong Kong's best selling beers. The aroma is not very promising but overall it's a pleasing, tasty beer with good hopping.
