Nose
A peppery aroma of lemon juice and honey.
Palate
Honey emerges more strongly, offering perfumed, floral notes plus a softness in the texture. For contrast, crisp, bitter hops come through. There's some orange/lemon citrus freshness also in the mix, along with a peppery warmth.
Finish
Dry and honey-floral, but increasingly bitter, spicy and warming.
Comment
Interestingly creative beer, marrying spices and honey with the hops and strength of a tripel. A touch too perfumed for my liking, but others may love it.
