Tart and sour berry fruit and a little citrus sharpness. Slightly creamy. The overall effect is like an infected bottle-conditioned ale, but that's deliberate.
Palate
Sweet and fruity (berries and citrus), but with a mouth-puckering tartness and a sherbety sharpness.
Finish
A warming swallow leads to a quickly drying finish in which bitterness creeps in, slowly pushing aside tart fruit.
Comment
Despite the unpromising aroma, this is a very refreshing, golden beer, especially for the strength. The tartness is an excellent foil for the sweetness of the malt.

Astringent. Powerful fruit pummels your tastebuds.
Finish
Acidic, tart and a very bitter finish.

Big, clean and complex. For a tiny Cornish town, Rock makes some absolutely whopping beers.
