Nose: Appealing. Bananas, lemon juice and cloves with light toffee.
Palate: Fresh and nicely balanced. A bittersweet mix of banana, light lemon, toffee and gentle spices.
Finish: Dry with an almost a stringent citrus peel bitterness.
Comment: A clean and quaffable bright beer, but perhaps a touch harsh in the finish.
