Rich, almost toffee-like malt supports sherry-oaky aromas, plus a hint of liquorice.
Palate
Sherry-like and oaky, with prune and raisin notes. The oak notes add creaminess and just a touch of tartness.
Finish
Creamy, malty sweetness, with more prune, fills the finish until oaky dryness and bitterness creep in.
