Nose
Hops in abundance, bringing orange, pineapple and grapefruit notes.
Palate
A light malty sweetness lies at the heart of this beer, overlaid by a careful balance of rich hop flavours. There are strong echoes of grapefruit, lime and pine with a peppery, spiciness and some earthy, floral notes.
Finish
Dry, very hoppy and tangy, with lingering bitter grapefruit.
Comment
A hop feast that also includes the Centennial hop alongside the one celebrated in the beer's name.
