Tasting Note : Lovely russet colour... Resiny hops dominating, citrus and red fruit, underlying apricot notes... Overpowering earthy hops... A brave beer, intense and rich in hop nuances... Resin and a hint of grapefruit... A beer for the hop-head... Great fresh hop flavours but also the right malty balance... Big chiming bells of hop on the nose... Hop sack heaven with a slight underlying warmth of malt/toffee in the background to balance the delightful pungency... The finish stays in the mouth, friendly bitterness rules, but ripe fruit skin collaborates and makes for a mouthwatering finish... Brilliant and big... Really classy... Ruinously drinkable.... Fish and chips for this one please....
