Nose
Rather modest and a little rubbery at first, developing pleasant lemon aromas and a light, bready note from the cereals.
Palate
Well balanced, bittersweet and refreshing. Sweet and sour lemon flavours compete with warming, spicy/peppery notes. All the elements are rather restrained, however.
Finish
A little chewy and dry, with a pleasant, soft bitterness and persistent citrus and spice notes.
Comment
A good starter for an evening in a Brussels bar, but fairly thin for its strength.
