Nose
Classic, bready weissbier nose: full banana character; delicate clove; fresh apple; bubblegum.
Palate
Banana well to the fore. The fruity tartness of green apple. Subdued clove notes. Quite dry and rather thin in body.
Finish
Dry, chewy and wheaty. Softly bitter with gentle banana and some tart fruit.
Comment
That rare beast: a weissbier from the Ukraine! Fabulous aroma but a little thin to taste.
