Nose
A little grainy with hints of pineapple cubes at the start, then just a touch acetic.
Palate
A bittersweet blend of malt and hops, with some light toasted character. Traces of lemon and vanilla, too. Wonderful smoothness underneath.
Finish
Dry, hoppy and bitter.
Comment
Not so promising to start, but eventually the soft, smoothness of the taste comes through, underlining its class.
