Nose
Dark malts bring chocolate and hints of treacle toffee to obscure the sweetcorn notes behind.
Palate
Sweet, roasted malts dominate – lots of grainy chocolate and toffee flavours. Crisp, ‘lager lightness' to the body.
Finish
Roasted malts build pleasantly. More bitterness here than in the mouth, but the sweetness remains a touch heavy.
Comment
A tasty ruby beer from Poland that needs more balancing bitterness.
