Nose
Inviting and lemony, with soft herbal notes. Malt slowly emerges as the beer warms.
Palate
Fairly dry and bittersweet, featuring lemony hops and faintly nutty pale malt. Rather delicate on the whole, and nicely balanced.
Finish
Very dry, hoppy and bitter, but not too aggressive.
Comment
A great example of how to offer bags of flavour without sacrificing delicacy, cleanness or balance. From a Bavarian brewery with outposts in other parts of Germany.
