Nose
Plenty of pale malt, overrun by tart citrus fruit and sappy hops.
Palate
Spiky and bitter up front; smooth malty backbone; sappy hops throughout. Full bodied for its strength.
Finish
Long, dry and mouth-puckeringly hoppy, with just a hint of lemon.
Comment
A surprisingly robust and hoppy golden ale, not dominated, as so many beers of this type are, by citrus fruit.
