Also crisp and bittersweet, with a herbal hoppy character. It's such a delicate beer, however, that
any hint of oxidation can dominate, as sadly it does here through wet paper notes.
Finish
The swallow is sweet, then the finish dries, with hops
building slowly and leaving a mellow bitterness.
Comment
The finish of this Namibian lager is a bit lightweight,
but this would be an enjoyable, refreshing beer if it wasn't for the oxidation.
