Nose

Rubbery and sulphurous, overshadowing smooth, deep pale malt.

Palate

Predominantly sweet but with a pleasant sour graininess as a counterbalance. There are also mild herbal-hop notes and an oily, crushed almond flavour.

Finish

Dry and fairly chewy, slowly turning bitter as hops push through.

Comment

A sweet and rather mellow Polish beer that is not particularly complex but is suppable nonetheless.

Stewed apples and butterscotch. Baked beans.

Palate

Sweet, faint veil of hops. Belies its strength.

Finish

Faintly citrussy aftertaste.

Comment

Okay, not overly complex but you'd definitely finish your glass.
