Nose

Herbal hops and buttery malt.

Palate

Crisp, well-attenuated and dryish, drinking thinner than expected. Peppery hop flavour is the main feature with just a light malty sweetness at the core. Gentle alcoholic warmth.

Finish

Bone dry and hoppy. All the malty sweetness disappears.

Comment

An interesting alternative to the sweeter, more full-bodied pilsners but the lack of body makes it a little unsatisfying.
