Nose
Malty with sherbety, citrus notes from the hops.
Palate
Lemon/citrus flavours have the edge over a mix of sweet malt and drying hop.
Finish
Sweet and lemony, becoming dry, bitter and hoppy.
Comment
A very good, nicely balanced beer that – if there is a down side – unfortunately tastes just a bit tired. Would love to try a fresher sample (even better if unpasteurised).
