Nose
Spicy, perfumed and lemony at first almost like tonic water becoming nuttier as the malt emerges.
Palate
Sweetness and nutty, slightly creamy malt feature, but this is mostly bitter and hoppy. A little chewy, too.
Finish
Fairly thick, dry, hoppy and bitter.
Comment
There's nothing to dislike here, but this Bavarian pilsner is not as crisp as others in this tasting.
