Fruity and floral, with peppery, juicy grapefruit notes dominating soft, dark malt.
Palate
Rather fruity and hoppy for a mild, with smooth dark malt flavours overrun by juicy citrus and floral notes. There's not much evidence of the honey, except in a
little softness on the palate.
Finish
Fairly bitter, with dark malt and plain chocolate lingering on.
Comment
A strange one: seems more like a dark bitter than a mild, with honey not very obvious at all. Still, a pleasant beer.
