Nose: Herbal and slightly lemony at first, soon giving way to a toffeeish malt note and a touch of sourness.
Palate: Sweet and reasonably full bodied with a soft, hoppy tanginess.
Finish: Sweet but drying, becoming slowly more bitter as hops emerge.
Comment: This beer comes from a brewery not far from Hannover. It'll be too sweet for some palates, but it's not bad.
