- Sweet malt, a touch of caramel and more than a suggestion of liquorice.
- Palate
- Sweet and malty, but with a tannin-like dryness reminiscent of tea and another touch of liquorice. Sadly, not very fresh tasting.
- Finish
- Sweetness lingers for a while but the finish is generally dry, bitter and malty, with more liquorice.

- Finish
- Dry finish with a slightly sweet and acrid aroma.

- Good if you like things firm and dry. Treads the fine line between moreish and merely thin.
