Brisk, zingy grapefruit and lemons, with honey and light butterscotch behind.

Palate

Bittersweet and brimful of grapefruit and orange zest – a riot of flavour that kicks the palate into life.

Finish

Dry and progressively bitter with lots of pithy orange.

Comment

A remarkably tasty, bright yellow beer that can be comfortably chilled right down for hot days. Worth trying with a fruity salad like pear and stilton.
