Nose
Gently tart hops and good pale-malt support. It's a little bit grainy but the aroma suggests there's going to be plenty of body in this beer.
Palate
The body is there, and there's plenty of taste: crisp and slightly grainy, but with herbal hops. There's a soft, unusual spicy note, too, and just a hint of pineapple.
Finish
Slightly chalky but otherwise dry, hoppy and lasting. A good finish.
Comment
A more-than-acceptable German pils-style lager from China. The brewery is now part of the Anheuser- Busch group.
