Nose: Malt and fruit share the lightly spicy aroma, with lots of pineapple, melon and grapefruit notes.
Palate: Tart, bittersweet grapefruit over a smooth malty base with a hint of toffee. Lightly spicy, too.
Finish: Bitter, hoppy and drying.
Comment: A tasty, nicely balanced, copper coloured beer with a prominent but happily not over-stated hoppiness.
