Nose
Bursting with bitter oranges, pineapple and spicy resins from the generous hopping.
Palate
Liquid hops in a glass. Peppery, spicy, resin-like, tangy and gloriously fruity, with bitter oranges and citrus zest bouncing around the tongue. Very well balanced, with lots of malty sweetness to back it all up.
Finish
Dry and abundantly hoppy, with lingering tangy fruit and a surprising amount of persistent sweetness.
Comment
A stunner. A joy on a cold night when you don't fancy a malty warmer. The label suggests pairing the beer with the saltiest blue cheese you can find.
