Jammy fruit, suggestive of apricot and orange, with a hint of cherry.
Palate
Velvety malt with a light prickle of carbonation and a tingle of hops. Sweet and full bodied, with jammy apricot-like fruit swifty overtaken by cherry-like esters and a punch of bitterness from the hops.
Finish
Peppery, warming swallow. Sticky malt leaves sweetness on the tongue but hops build more and more to help dry the finish.
Comment
A bit sticky and sweet at this early stage in its long life, but already a beer to seek out. It will dry and improve in time.
