Nose
Juicy fruit and toffee. It's hard to pinpoint blackberries specifically, but there are certainly dark berries here. Also some tea-like notes.
Palate
Again, toffeeish malt, juicy berries and tea, all bound in by a well-judged level of hop and bitterness.
Finish
Dry and fruity with some lingering malty sweetness, although hops soon take over.
Comment
Beer with blackberries, but still very much a beer and not a gimmicky drink. Clever use of the fruit – to enhance the natural beer flavours rather than dominate them.
