Nose: Delicate, honeyed malt. Quite spicy and floral.
Palate: Honey softness and sweetness runs throughout. Light, spicy, citrus sharpness from the hops.
Finish: Mellow and honeyed. Gently bitter and drying as hops build.
Comment: An easy-drinking golden ale that is very versatile and accommodating when it comes to food pairing.
