Plenty of tropical fruit, including banana, with good malt support. Spicy, too, with just a suggestion of nutmeg.

Smooth on the swallow. Lots of tangy fruit and a prolonged sweetness, gradually becoming dry and softly bitter.
A strong ale in the Belgian style but very well balanced and not at all clumsy for the strength. The tropical fruit notes would make it great for washing down a curry, especially with chutney and poppadoms to start.
