Nose
Tart fruit, smoky orange and sticky pale malt with a faint sherbety note.
Palate
Bittersweet and very hoppy with lemon citrus elements, some tropical fruit and a touch of perfume from the fermentation process. Quite drying and warming.
Finish
Dry, with sappy, tangy hops aplenty, plus a touch of roasted grain.
Comment
A big, appropriately hoppy, somewhat alcoholic, golden IPA from Wiltshire.
