Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA

Nose: Vinous and tart, creamy, oaky and clearly potent. Rich malt and red berry fruitiness are just two more attributes of this hugely complex aroma.
Palate: Sweet, warming, zingingly zesty and sharp. Red berries, smooth malt, tangy hops and citrus and tropical fruits also feature.
Finish: Amazingly, bitter citrus fruit still leads the way, outpointing lingering malt and fiery warmth.
Comment: When we said ‘above 5%' we weren't quite expecting this! Dogfish Head leads the way with ‘extreme' beers, and this is as extreme as it gets.
