Nose

Sharp and hoppy at first. Light lemon-citrus notes turn to juicy fruit cocktail as the beer warms. A little bit bready.

Palate

Bittersweet with juicy, zesty citrus and tropical fruit flavours and a spicy, gentle warmth. Drying and bready, but rather thin.

Finish

Dry and gradually more and more bitter, with some lingering zesty fruit.

Comment

A fresh and clean tasting, pale yellow Belgian ale, but it lacks the depth to keep you interested for long.

More fruityness develops, with a bit of spice thrown in.

Bitterness grows and sits in the middle of your tongue. Fruit flavours are pushed out.
