- Nose
- Clean and fresh, with lightly perfumed aromas of lemon, orange and ground coriander.
- Palate
- Not so fresh or clean as the aroma. Bittersweet, with a lemony sharpness and a bready texture, plus a faint, clove-like bitterness.
- Finish
- After an empty swallow, the finish is slow to develop, eventually panning out gently bitter and dry, with a strong hint of clove, some lingering perfumed spice and faint citrus notes.
- Comment
- A somewhat tired and rather dull, Belgian-inspired wheat beer from the USA.
