Nose
Delicately sweet, sour and faintly herbal over a light cereal base. Clean and pleasant.
Palate
Crisp, clean and mostly sweet with hops bringing just a little bitterness, a tiny squeeze of lemon and a hint of herb, but there's very little flavour here.
Finish
Light, mellow and sweet, after a thin swallow, with just a suggestion of hop character.
Comment
A very clean and delicate beer with a smooth, mellow finish but a totally undemanding drink.
