Nose
Somewhat earthy aromas of juicy, fresh raspberries.
Palate
Tart and sharp with that harsh bitterness you get if you chew on raspberry seeds. But there's also a lighter, sweeter touch from the floral flavours of the fresh raspberries themselves.
Finish
Quite harsh, bitter and dry, with lingering raspberries.
Comment
The key ingredient (somewhat obvious) is Scottish raspberries, but it's just too bitter.
