No escape from big, deep, slightly perfumed honey.
Palate
Honey fills the mouth and coats the palate, leaving a velvety mouthfeel, but there's also a beery sweetness underneath and a dash of lemon-citrus.
Finish
Smooth and sweet with lots of clinging honey and just a hint of bitterness.

Way too sweet. Having said that, I'm not a lover of honey but I found this quite pleasant – in small doses.

Nose
Honey on hot toast.
Palate
Sickly sweet honey.
Finish
More honey, but it has more of a medicinal quality than a breakfast one, leaving a little bitterness in the mouth.

Doesn't have the artificial quality that the fruit ones have. Some people will like this I'm sure, but not this taster, unfrotunately for Floris. It reminds me of the crushed paracetamol tablets my mum used to disguise in a teaspoon of honey when I was little. Don't do that to your children – in case they become beer tasters.
