Nose
Green apple to the core.
Palate
Sweet, creamy green apples. Tastes like apple pie, only sweeter, with echoes of sour-apple boiled sweets thrown in.
Finish
Sugary-sweet and full of apple.
Comment
Not as horrible as it sounds, but I wouldn't want to drink this on its own. It could work quite well with apple puddings, though.

Poached apples in honey. And is that pastry, or am I just making associations?

Boiled sweets – apple flavour.
Finish
Sweets, sweets, more sweets. Wait – was that a flash of wheat beer? Yes I think it was.
Comment
Green apple sweets rather than actual apples. Like drinking a boiled sweet. Definitely won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I don't actually mind this!
