- Nose
- Green apple to the core.
- Palate
- Sweet, creamy green apples. Tastes like apple pie, only sweeter, with echoes of sour-apple boiled sweets thrown in.
- Finish
- Sugary-sweet and full of apple.
- Comment
- Not as horrible as it sounds, but I wouldn't want to drink this on its own. It could work quite well with apple puddings, though.

- Nose
- Poached apples in honey. And is that pastry, or am I just making associations?
- Palate
- Boiled sweets – apple flavour.
- Finish
- Sweets, sweets, more sweets. Wait – was that a flash of wheat beer? Yes I think it was.
- Comment
- Green apple sweets rather than actual apples. Like drinking a boiled sweet. Definitely won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I don't actually mind this!
