Nose
Lots of grapefruity, citrus hops.
Palate
Brimful of grapefruit-citrus flavours. Spritzy and zesty, with a touch of sweetness. A slight burnt malt note is curious in such a pale, golden beer.
Finish
Dry, with lots of hops and the same suggestion of burnt malt.
Comment
Very tasty, aggressive beer from a funky Scottish microbrewery that models itself on the US craft brewing movement. But it's so flavoursome that it may prove too demanding for some drinkers.
