Lightly toasted malt with a sherbet lemon sharpness, but also a bit rubbery.
Palate
Those sherbet lemon notes from the hops hold the key to the taste, too, which has a decent malty foundation and a soft bitterness. Crisp and drying.
Finish
Bone dry – one of the driest beers I've tasted for a while. Still hoppy and lemony, too.
Comment
Ultra crisp and sharp to the bottom of the glass. The aroma is not the most appealing, but that assertive dryness in the finish would make this a fine aperitif.
